We truly believe in and understand the importance of artistic production as a form of laboratory work or a dedicated period of creative exploration. Every piece produced in our studio carries with it a story, a concept, and a reference point connected to the current cultural landscape. One of my favorite books ever is "The Little Prince". It captivated me when I was young, and I recently reread it in German for practice. I identify so strongly with the book that I decided to create this piece. I drew inspiration from the classic imagery but also used photos of myself from when I first read the book. I also incorporated a grenade into the shadow; I wanted to represent young people going to war—being used as weapons by politicians who fail to do their actual job properly: ensuring that our "little princes" never have to go to war.
